Tips

Default keys for each action are surrounded by "[]". These keys may be changed
in the game setup.

     When using the Automatic Transmission, use Lo Gear (Shift Up Button [R1]) for a burst of
     power, and Reverse (Shift Down Button [L1]) to get out of a jam.
     You have 3 Nitro Power-Ups available each race. Tap the Gas Pedal [X] 2 times to use one.
     Once you're in first place, the key to winning is to block the other drivers when they try to pass,
     rather than all-out speed. The other drivers have this annoying habit of becoming very good during
     the last lap (maybe they use their Nitro), and one wrong turn can cost you the race.
     Use the right view:
          A lot of the time the "in-cab" view can be best because it lets you see farther in front of
          your truck, making you aware of sharp turns and tricky track in time to prepare for them.
          The "behind-the-truck" view is good once you know the track (or you're in first place) and
          you want to keep other trucks from passing.
     There's shortcuts on several tracks that can allow you to pass easily and shave valuable seconds
     off your time. I hope to map some of them out soon.
     Use the Horn [R2] to drown out the announcer while he says totally hip things like "Cowabunga"
     or does his Robert Plant imitation ("Push it, push it"). You can turn him off in the options, but
     why would you want to do that?
     The Handbrake [O] is "handy" for tight turns.
