To get the question mark in the midlle of the option screen just hold down r1, r2, l1, l2 and up until you hear a boom then go to the question mark and you'll find 1 button fatality's and a whole bunch of other stuff

character, you can pick the level. Great for practicing pits, or 

simply visiting good old Pit 1.
