1.Begin a game and then quit it by pressing Start & Select 

2.At the Main Title Screen enter Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, Right, Right, Triangle 

3.You should hear a chime 

4.If you entered it correctly, your energy bar will go down while playing, but then rise back up! 

load up your SHELLSHOCK until it gets to the shellshock screen with 

(C) Core Design on it... 

then hit:- 

up,down,left,right,down,down,right,right and then TRIANGLE.
